God's interest in you

Too many people are trying to achieve the approval of man here on earth. We need to have an understanding of what our savior wants our journey here on earth to be.

God will not be interested in knowing the kind of car you drove, but the number of people you offered transportation to ease their load of concern.

The kindness of your heart should be larger than the square footage of your home and people welcomed anytime.

Your designer clothes should only fit the way you want anyone to feel around you - comfortably.
He wants us to use wealth to help others accomplish goals to improve mankind.

Build character.

Be a true friend to a friend. And don't be concerned with the number of friends you have, but the way you treat a friend. God will examine the treatment of how you care for a neighbor.

To our Savior, your skin color is of no interest, but the content of your character is.

Your family name will not get you into heaven, but your dedication and trustworthiness will be observed.

God is so loving and merciful; he even won't ask why it took you so long to seek Salvation. He will take you to your mansion in heaven and forgive you if you repent and believe in His word.

God serves as a compass in our lives to give direction out of the wilderness and into His teachings for accepting and comfort. We are to be assured to know His will. God does not play games and His teachings are clear for every person to understand.

Too many Christians have already decided how much the Lord can do with them, based on education, personality or talent. But God isn't interested in such qualifications. He seeks willing followers who repeat Isaiah's call, "Here am I. Send me!" (Isaiah 6:8) That's proud living.

We cannot outwit God. He already knows the plans for our life.

He is always looking for believers who are teachable, willing to repent and prepared to surrender to God's greater will. Some people, that are like His disciple Peter, serve as a testimony to the range of souls that need to be reached. Peter is still an encouragement to us all today.

God's choice of people to declare as servants are not always genuine jewels, but are loved ones with flaws and imperfection. A diamond Christian in the rough is more likely to be appreciative of all teachings and develop into a faithful leader.

Our Father will love, protect and hold us in His grace forever if only we accept the courage He offers. If we are willing to make the right choices, our purpose crosses with His marvelous bravery at just the right moment. There is nothing that will or can beat the love of our Savior.

One of the best stories of conviction is the prophet Daniel. His critical understanding of Nebuchadnezzar's dream could have cost him his life. This story reminds us to pray even though our most difficult circumstances. When we make God the center of our life, our character is pleasing to Him and the Savior will reward the principled life we serve.

Being honest and living the God-honoring role, believers are called every day to do the righteous thing for the just reward of going to Heaven.

While we are acquiring the materialist things of life, we should not forget to help the less fortunate.

Set purpose, determination and love in your heart to serve mankind.

God Bless.

I am hopeful. You be also.
