Charges
• Howard Vernon Stanley, 41, of 4515 Carswell Road, Valdese, was charged Tuesday with DWI. He was confined at BCDCF. Bond: $500 secured. Court date: May 27.
• Kevin Berwin Decker Jr., 27, of 108 Case St., was served criminal summons Monday for failure to return rental property. Court date: May 22.
• Elias Hensley, 29, of 149 Ginger Snap Drive, Marion, was served an order for arrest Monday for two felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at BCDCF. Bond: $20,000 secured. Court date: June 8.
• Steve Eugene Ammons, 49, of 2021 Abee Park Ave., Connelly Springs, was served an order for arrest Sunday for driving while license revoked and fictitious registration or tag and operating a vehicle with no insurance. Bond: $1,000 secured. Court date: June 1.
• Jade Robpheall Murphy, 24, of 3420 Jamestown Road, was served a warrant Sunday for communicating threats. Court date: was Monday.
• Charles Malcolm Burnes, 78, of 1680-2nd Ave. N.W., Hildebran, was served criminal summons for simple assault. Court date: May 18.
• Charles Phifer Abernathy Jr., 40, of 112-2nd Ave. N.W., Hildebran, was served criminal summons and a warrant Saturday for a threatening phone call and simple assault. Court date: May 11.
• Daisy Ann Martinez, 27, of 217 Shuffler Road, Apt. B, was served a warrant Saturday for felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana. She was confined at BCDCF. Bond: $5,000 secured. Court date: was Monday.
Incidents
• Charles Arnold Martin, 39, of Lenoir, reported a theft Sunday and damage to property at Grecon Dimter, Inc., 8658 Huffman Ave., Connelly Springs. Someone cut the lock off the storage building and took a paint gun sitting next to the building.
• Clarence Junior Chester, 62, of 5491 Manley Clark Road, Lot 20, reported Friday a break-in and theft at his residence. Chester said he left the residence at approximately 9:30 a.m. and returned at 5 p.m. Chester found his bed pushed away from the wall and a displaced bottle on the back door knob. A chain saw and 9-inch Ozark Trail Holster knife were missing from his home.
