Charges
• Christopher Willix, 26, of 3159 U.S. 70 Apt. B, Hildebran, was served a criminal summons Thursday for communicating threats. Court date: June 10.
• Thomas Edward Farr Jr., 30, of 104 Old Colony Road was served a warrant and order for arrest Thursday for felony forgery, felony uttering, felony larceny by an employee, felony obtaining property by false pretenses and failure to appear in court. He was confined at Burke-Catawba District Confinement Facility (BCDCF). Bond: $10,618. Court date: today.
• Chet Eugene Sailor, 27, of 2278 Mudcut Road, Marion, was charged Thursday with no operator's license. He was confined at BCDCF while awaiting a custody release. Court date: was Thursday.
• Gary Lynn Collins, 52, of 3014 Ridge Drive, Connelly Springs, was charged Wednesday with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was confined at BCDCF while awaiting a custody release. Court date: today.
• James Franklin Moore Jr., 33, of 4838 Cedar Pine Ave. was served a warrant Wednesday for communicating threats and second-degree trespassing. Bond: $800 secured. Court date: June 15.
• Johnny Shawn Duckworth, 35, of 909 Old N.C. 18 was served a criminal summons Wednesday for second-degree trespassing and larceny. Court date: June 5.
