Thank you for your interest in announcing your special occasion in The News Herald. Click on the links below to print the celebration forms you will need to prepare your announcement.
Type your announcement using the forms as a guideline. You can mail the forms back with your picture and payment or drop the form, photo and payment off at our office. If you wish to email the form and photo, call 437-2161 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to make your payment over the phone. Email forms and photos to dlee@morganton.com or mail to: Celebrations, The News Herald, PO Box 380, Morganton, NC 28680-0280.
Please return the forms along with your photo and make payment by no later than noon on the Wednesday two weeks prior to the preferred Sunday date you wish the announcement to appear in the newspaper. Celebrations announcements run on Sundays in the Gab section of the paper. Your print date will be determined by the date these items are received. A date for your announcement cannot be assigned until we receive your picture, form and payment.
Supply an email address to which a proof may be sent for your final approval before printing.

If you'd like your picture mailed back to you, supply a self-addressed stamped envelope. Otherwise, come by to pick it up after your announcement has run in the paper.
