While visiting Chick-fil-A in Morganton on Tuesday, Robbie Harris, 4, places a postcard in a mailbox for active duty military troops serving the U.S. The restaurant welcomed patrons to send messages to soldiers by mail. Students and faculty from the JROTC programs from Freedom and Patton high schools were on hand to greet guests and assist smaller children with composing messages.
