Dennis James Arrowood, 42, of 2711 New Lane was served an order for arrest Tuesday for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He was confined at the Burke County Jail. Bond: $10,000 secured. Court date: Dec. 14.
Erica Rae Moses, 18, of 5786 New Way Home Road, Connelly Springs was served a warrant Monday for simple assault. She was given a custody release. Court date: Dec. 2.
Douglas Lee Woodard, 36, of 2021 Old N.C. 18 was served criminal summons Monday for second-degree trespassing. Court date: Nov. 30.
Cindy Morgan Caldwell, 40, of 3711 Curley's Fish Camp Road, Connelly Springs was served a warrant Monday for second-degree trespassing and communicating threats. Court date: Dec. 2.
Joshua Blake Walker, 23, of 1795 Crump Parker Road was served a warrant Monday for larceny and three criminal summons for worthless checks. Court dates: was Wednesday, Nov. 30.
George Michael Dula, 37, of 2576 Hartland Trail, Connelly Springs was charged Monday with first-degree trespassing. Court date: Nov. 30.
Harry Wesley Brittain, 35, of 4734 Homestead Way was served criminal summons Monday for larceny. Court date: Dec. 4.
Missy Couch, 20, of 2127 Williams Wood Drive was served criminal summons Monday for a harassing phone call. Court date: Jan. 6.
Matthew Andrew Trivette, 21, of 2090 Hunterwood Drive, Hickory was served a warrant Monday for assault on a female. He was confined at Burke-Catawba District Confinement Facility. Bond: $300 secured. Court date: Nov. 30.
Ashley Winebarger, 24, of 634 White Oak Road, Burnsville was charged Monday with possessing and consuming an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a vehicle and failing to heed a light or siren. She was confined at BCDCF while awaiting a custody release. Court date: Dec. 9.
Eugene Warren Grethen II, 25, of 3693 Don Johnson Road, Lot 3 was served a warrant Saturday for assault on a female. He was confined at BCDCF. Court date: Dec. 2.
Amanda Jean Andrews, 32, of 315 Golf Course Road, Apt. B1 was served a warrant Saturday for injury to personal property. Court date: Nov. 30.
Charles Michael Smith Sr., 44, of 2705 West View St., Hickory was served criminal summons Saturday for second-degree trespassing.

Incidents
Michael Edward Clark, 26, of Granite Falls reported Saturday a break-in and theft at 3522 Spaniel St., Connelly Springs. Someone opened a side window to the building, entered and took a 12-foot John boat.
Tracy Scott Hefner, 40, of Connelly Springs reported Friday damage to property at East Burke High School, 3695 East Burke Blvd., Connelly Springs. Hefner said he tried to open the main gate to the football stadium, but it would not open. He noticed the gate to the practice field was open and saw tire tracks. Hefner said both gates were bent, as if a vehicle had struck them.
