Patton football falls at Burns

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The Patton High School football team played its varsity game a day earlier against Burns High on Thursday.
The Panthers took an early lead but the passing attack of Burns led to a Bulldogs 34-20 victory.
Johnny Bristol's 39-yard run and Brandon Bethel's 44-yard run kept Patton close at 14-12 before halftime. Both conversion attempts failed.
Quarterback Brandon Littlejohn threw two touchdowns in the first half and three in the second half for Burns and that proved the difference in the game.
Bethel added one touchdown run in the second half for Patton for the Panthers final score.
