The elite have seized on the invented word "stakeholder" introduced by the group invited to impeach the present board. It seems there is a contest to see who can use it the most times in one letter. I'll be glad when they'll quit holding their stakes and do something constructive.
The acronym S.W.A.T. apparently stands for snookered weak attempt to terrify or throttle. It seems four people have grouped together in hopes of all being elected, where if they ran individually their chances were slim.
It brings out the rebel in me when some elitist tells me who I should vote for instead of an individual asking me to vote for her or him. It is my firm belief that a person should consider each person on the ballot and decide whether to vote for or against that name.
Sam Wilkinson and Buddy Armour are likeable fellows, but they apparently can't differentiate between fact and fiction, truth and falsehood. They are holdovers from the former board that, according to them, listened to the will of the people and they will resume this admirable action. The problem with this statement is that the previous board of which they were members never listened to the will of the people. They spent several thousand dollars trying to get a bond issue passed, but when it failed they stated they would find another way to get the school they wanted. When it came time to name the new high schools, they circulated a petition to name these schools. The people voted overwhelmingly to name them other than after a person. They proceeded to follow the will of the people, according to Buddy and Sam, and named them after prominent men, not as the people wanted. These are just two apparent misinformations promulgated by these roasters of subterfuge.
I hope people will not be stupid enough to believe all the propaganda, mine included, in the letters and plethora of signs in yards and byways.
