Gilleon: Citizen grateful for Public Safety officer's help

»  Comments | Post a Comment

I would like to take the time to say thank you to some people that helped us recently.
We often hear about it if a police officer makes a mistake or does something that all may not agree with, but on Friday, Feb. 12, my wife had an incident while she was going to buy groceries for our family. Without going into detail I would just like to thank Officer Ronnie Gibbs for just taking time to stay with my wife until help arrived and trying his best to help her before they arrived. She said that he was the nicest officer she had ever talked to.
I would also like to thank B&W Towing for helping her to get back into our van without breaking our pocketbook. It is good to know that there are still some people that care about helping people and not just making a dollar off of them.
Again I want to say thank you and may God bless you both richly.
