Henderson: Father defends his family, is put on probation

I would like to comment on our local law enforcement or lack thereof.
I recently was in court and received two years' probation for disorderly conduct. The reason why I was disorderly was a person tailgated us, ran my family off the road (wife, myself and two children) and then cut us off and slammed on his brakes. Need I mention we did nothing wrong to provoke this person?
I called 911 twice and went on our merry way; that is, until I saw the driver who endangered my family was out and about, at which time I ran up to his car and was going to have a talk with him. A very overweight public-safety officer told me to calm down and I did not come down quick enough, hence the disorderly conduct charge.
I at one point was read my rights and the judge — a female, which is not relevant, but narrows who the judge was — gave me probation and let a convicted child molester go free on probation. Wow! These liberal judges and overweight cops need to use common sense. You don't let child molesters go free and you don't send people to jail or give probation for a father coming to the defense of his family.
