A fifth Republican has added his name to the growing list of candidates for North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District.
Jeff Hunt of Brevard filed for the office Wednesday. Hunt is the district attorney in Judicial District 29B, which covers Henderson, Polk and Transylvania counties.
The filing period runs until noon Wednesday.
