Abortion is 'legalized American holocaust'

The precious unborn children that are dying every day in the United States need someone to speak up on their behalf. Burke County Right to Life has representatives but is in need of more volunteers. I encourage all young people to educate themselves on the Internet about the truth of taking the life of an innocent child through abortion. In 2011, more than 1.2 million died unnecessarily through the procedure of abortion in the United States. If I told you more than 52,000,000 babies are gone, would you believe it? They were never born. This has been going on since 1973.

As of January 2012, in spectrum thus far this legalized American holocaust is more horrific than most of us can fathom. I would like to share the magnitude of this problem. Imagine looking at a map of the United States and viewing several of our largest states: Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. If every living human being in these three states were killed, the number of casualties would still be less than of those who have died through abortion. I will not take the time to list the other states to be equivalent to the number of abortions. But I will say that I could add at least 14 more states to that number.

God desires to protect and save the lives of these precious children. He has a purpose for every person. Life is a gift and it should not be taken for granted. Because God hears the cries of the children, consequences will follow. The principle of sowing and reaping is still valid today. Perhaps you have, in some way, been a participant of abortion. I would like to offer you hope. God sent Jesus, His Son, to pay the price for murder. If you will repent and receive His forgiveness in your heart, He will begin the process of healing. Receive the truth that God loves you, but hates sin. He has made provision for you to have a close, loving relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. It is my hope and prayer that one day you’ll join those of us who are being a voice for the unborn children.
